Hickory Hill Home Owners Association, Inc. was established as a Texas Non-Profit Corporation in March 1974, Charter 33850-1. Our community sits on the south side of beautiful Lake Cypress Springs in Franklin County, Texas.
The HOA maintains roads, the community gate, common areas, and coordinates the shared interests of our 19 member units across 25 lots.
